Whilst our international travel plans were reluctantly put on hold in 2020, the itch to travel is stronger than ever. You’d be forgiven for thinking your European holiday dreams are a long way gone – but we think we’ve found the next best thing and it's right here in the Rural City of Wangaratta!

Prosecco Road
Dubbed Australia’s home of Prosecco, the delectable Prosecco Road comprises a number of wonderful wineries including the iconic Brown Brothers, Pizzini Wines, Sam Miranda, Dal Zotto and Chrismont Wines to name a few.
A region renowned for its seasonal, fresh produce, the King Valley has certainly earnt its stripes when it comes to fine dining, with many of the cellar doors along Prosecco Road offering in-house dining experiences, including the Dal Zotto Wines Trattoria.
A menu filled with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the Dal Zotto Trattoria offers all things from house made gnocchi to delicious pizzas and pastas as well as deserts. Take it all in with the picturesque natural scenery, you may have just found yourselves the ultimate hospitality experience.

Far beyond just a simple glass of wine, fine food, and breath taking scenery, the Prosecco Road experience offers cooking and cocktail classes, hot air ballooning, guided walks, glamping and outdoor adventures, making it perfect for a girl’s getaway, romantic escape or just a relaxing break from the daily grind. The region is also a stones throw away from some of Australia’s premier natural attractions, from the Alpine National Park and the King River, so be sure to pack some walking shoes and your bicycle!
